I'm on a mission to explore more, live more, and inspire others to do the same.
From solo adventuring to being a professional SUP guide introducing thousands of people to the outdoors, I've built my life around adventure, growth, and seeing opportunity as something to be created.
Now I'm preparing for my biggest challenge yet: paddling the entire 2,552-mile length of the Mississippi River as I celebrate 10 years cancer-free in 2027.
My breast cancer diagnosis in my twenties taught me a lesson I'll never forget: tomorrow isn't guaranteed, and the life we want rarely comes from waiting for the perfect moment.
Hayley Explores is about more than adventure. It's about getting outside, reconnecting with yourself, discovering what truly matters, and finding the courage to go after the things you want in life.
Because it's all already there for you.
You've just got to take the leap and trust the net will appear.
